Ashley was born a month earlier, weighing about 3lbs. For a whole month, she was in the ICU. The parents were told that her heart would require surgery on Christmas Day. Her parents' prayers were answered on Christmas Day when they went to the doctors and learned that Ashley's heart was closed. Ashley was never in need of any operations. After being released, she went home with a weight of 4 1/2 pounds following being admitted to hospital for two months. She has been healthy ever since! Her father's family is English as well as German. The family that she is from comes from Ireland. Made her acting debut with a 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll commercial. Ashley was approached first by Ford Modeling Agency when she turned eight. In the present Ashley works in the print industry. At the age of 10 She decided acting was what she wanted. Ashley performed in 35 commercials prior to moving on to theater roles. Ashley is currently a fervent fan of acting. Ashley's attention shifted to acting. It was a little difficult to find time for dancing and modeling. Ashley's final appearance on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley had a short cameo appearance in the music video for "True Love" by Romeo Miller, aka Lil Romeo and Solange. Britney Spears was her co-star in a Vogue Magazine photoshoot. She is in NLT's music video "That Girl".
